Spondylolysthesis. [ Slipped vertebra]
A spinal disorder in which a bone (vertebra) slips forward onto the bone below it. It is a very common disorder causing backache and sciatica.
Surgery is the treatment of choice. The procedure is called TLIF ( transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion).
It is done using minimally invasive techniques. Hospital stay is 2-3 days and back to work period is around 7 days.
