This fellow underwent an emergency craniotomy for a brain hemorrhage following a head injury. He was comatose on admission but recovered well. The first few hours after the head injury is extremely critical and often determines the treatment and surgical outcome.timely surgical intervention can save a lot of these patients with severe head injury.
